Heating boiler type “TIG” is intended for central heating of individual houses, commercial premises, and other buildings in the operating mode of 90/70 °C and pressure of 3 bars.

Basically this boiler is intended for heating with solid fuel (with medium calorific coal granulation bigger than 30 mm, which are available on the domestic market; with wood and other combustible waste materials). The capacity of the boiler is from 20 to 120 kW in the case of heating with solid fuel.

The burning time of one full load is over 7 hours and in case of reduced load it is about 14 hours. Large door openings allow easy filling and cleaning of the boiler.

The boiler, with minimal changes, can be adapted to use liquid and gaseous fuels, and at the customer’s request, it is possible to install electric heaters with a dashboard. 

The condition for the proper operation of the boiler is the correct dimension of the chimney which has to provide the needed draft. In the combustion chamber a two-way draft is carried out. It is possible to regulate the draft on the boiler by installing a draft regulator on the front side, with a built-in flap in the boiler, which allows diverting of the flow of flue gases during ignition and steady state (burning) and a flap on the chimneys. All this results a quality burning with a high level of energy usage, over 75%.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BOILERS WITH CONNECTABLE AND OVERALL DIMENSIONS 

Heating boiler, type “TIG”, is a product developed on the bases of long term experience in designing and production of boilers for central heating, with a capacity of 20 to 120 kW. 

The boiler is made of steel sheet, guaranteed chemical ingredients and seamless tubes. The combustion chamber is made of special sheet for boilers, 5 mm thick, resistant to the effects of high temperatures. It is performed by welding. The testing of the boilers for waterproofing is done at our own testing station at a testing pressure of 4 bars.

The boiler is covered with a high-quality mineral wool insulation and aesthetically fabricated sheet metal casing, which together reduce losses and increase the efficiency of the boiler.
